The general terms and conditions govern all sales made through the website www.gloweraesthetics.com. The products are marketed under the Glowera brand through the Glowera Aesthetics platform.

The products offered are cosmetics that comply with current European regulations.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Allergies and precautions
Before first use, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of skin for 24 hours. In the event of irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary. It is the customer's responsability to review the list of ingredients before use to ensure there are no known allergens.

Payment
The full price of the Products is due at the time the order is placed.

Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or any other method indicated during order confirmation.

Delivery in Belgium and France.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. Requests to other European countries can be considered upon request.
Retention of title
The Products remain the property of Glowera until full payment has been receive.
However, from the moment the Products are physically taken into possession by the Customer or a third party designated by him, the risks of loss, theft or damage to the Products delivered are transferred to the Customer.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
