Preparation times
Each order is carefully prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your package is sent, along with a tracking link.
Delivery times

France - 2 to 4 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the time of year and the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Are Glowera products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to respect the skin's natural balance. However, as every skin is unique, we recommend a patch test before first use,especialy if you have sensitive skin.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. Glowera does not test on animals, in accordance with European regulations.
